Through the playing fields to Lancaster Road. Up through Hadley Wood . Wagon road to Ganwick Corner. Down to trotters bottom & over the Horse Bridge & up to Shenley.
Breeze through Winter to Victoria Park
CS1, Cycle lanes & quiet streets
Stopping at Community cafe in the park
Helmets must be worn. Please have spares/repair kit for your bike. Water snacks & card for coffee etc.
A steady ride of about 10mph to complete in the time allocated.
