Starting at the car park of B & M Bargains, Caerphilly, we will enter the lanes, via Rudry, on our way to Tredegar House. After a well earned coffee break we will join the the Newport Flats, before turning off to ride through Marshfield and re-enter the lanes on our way back to the start.
This ride is suited to either a Road Bike or a Hybrid with Road tyres. There is some climbing involved, so if you are very new to cycling then you may find it a little difficult, but we will wait at the top of each climb to regroup.
