We will meet at 6:30pm Deeside Retail Park (by Lidl), do some quick bike checks and then head off to the Millennium Greenway cycle path straight towards Mickle Trafford.
We will return through Stoak along some country roads, and then come back along the cycle path which runs parallel with the A5117, through Zone 1 of Deeside Industrial Estate and back toward the start point.
This ride is great if you're training for an event.
Front and rear lights and helmet are essential. It is recommended to bring a spare inner tube and drink. Just in case!
