This week we will be checking out the new Rev Cafe in Stow, where I know we will receive a very warm welcome. But we will be earning our cakes by taking on a 3-hill challenge along the way. All 3 hills will push you hard, but are very achievable for anyone with a reasonable level of fitness, and there will be decent recovery time in between each one. We will take a decent cafe stop in Stow (after Hill 2). There is also a lovely descent out of Stow, which takes us half way to Bledington!
Kingham Hill - a long but steady climb without much serious gradient. A good "plodder" and good for warming up the legs.
Broadwell Hill - a steep start section but it then reduces in gradient. It's a long one but once you get into a rhythm you just keep turning those pedals and you'll get there. A great endurance test.
Bould Hill - an old friend! A very steady first section with a steeper kick up at the end. Not too long though. And then it's mostly downhill all the way back to Bruern!
