About the route
Starting from the car park of the Stonehouse Newport, we'll take the main road from there heading up to Rogerstone, past Machen and then on to Caerphilly. This ride will be on main roads which will involve approaching junctions, roundabouts and traffic lights.
Once in Caerphilly, we'll grab a coffee and cake and then depart on the same route coming back.
There are a couple of climbs - but we'll take it nice and steady.
Please dress appropriately and ensure your bike is roadworthy.
Please bring money, spare inner tube and ensure you are wearing a helmet.
