We will be cycling on quiet country lanes with little traffic and some lumps which will be taken at a leisurely pace.
Plenty of opportunities to take photos and mid-ride refreshments at the Bee Garden/shop.
Please ensure your cycle is roadworthy with inflated tyres, oiled chain and working brakes. Please bring a lock for the refreshment stop. Please bring a spare inner tuber in case of puncture and tools to change it (but don’t let this put you off as I will carry tools and a pump). Please carry water and money for the cafe. Please wear a helmet that fits correctly. Pleaser dress appropriately as we will be cycling and outside for about three hours
