About the route
This is a ride from Kedleston out to Fenny Bentley to see the Women's Tour climb up a hill after they leave Ashbourne.
We aim to be at Fenny Bentley by 10.30 hence the early start. After the Tour has passed we will continue on to Ashbourne for a welcome refreshment stop before returning back to Kedleston.
PLEASE NOTE that I have started the ride at Kedleston Country House Hotel, I have been unable to contact the hotel to check that they will allow car parking there for anyone coming any distance to the start. Please either contact them or park in Kedleston Hall car park. We will be cycling through the park land so you could meet us there.
Dont forget to bring a drink, a snack, some money if you want to buy refreshments and ideally a helmet and gloves
