Starting from - Meet next to the play area on the Rea Valley cycle route at Hazelwell Park, Stirchley. Parking is also available on Newlands Rd. We will do a short bike check at 10 then leave promptly. B30 2RB

Join us on a ride mainly on cycle paths, towpath and parks along the Cole Valley to Sarehole Mill. We will ride on a little further to the Shires on Wake Green Rd and visit their café where we can sit and have a coffee and chat before returning along a very similar route.
This route is varied and interesting and there will of course be very little traffic. You will feel well supported riding in a group.
We are experienced bike ride leaders who enjoy sharing their riding experience and knowledge of routes in the south of Birmingham.
Please wear a helmet and gloves and bring a drink and money or card for the café stop. Bring a waterproof too - but if the weather forecast says heavy rain I will cancel so look out for an email.
Please check your bike is roadworthy with tyres pumped up and with mudguards on.
