We will ride from hengoed to Risca onto the trail to crosskeys and then Risca where we will stop for tea before returning...there is a bit of road but mainly trail... know one gets left behind
Mostly trail ride with part roads
Stop for coffee and cake
Please wear helmet and bring spare inner tube.. money for cafe stop
