We will be cycling through East Finchley to Hampstead Garden Suburbs and then along a cycle path by the side of the heath. We will then take the cycle path through the heath, this is a gravel path. We will stop at the Parliament Hill Cafe for some refreshments before heading back up the hill towards East Finchley and back to Friary Park.
