Starting from - Car park on Boot Street BB18 6UX. There is a small car park in front of Earby Fitness mill. Helmets compulsory and please dress for the weather which hopefully will be dry, bright and chilly. Starting in Earby we will proceed along the A56 up the hill to Thornton turning left towards Barnoldswick, then right onto a minor road which takes you through West Marton. Then there is a bit of a hill up past Gledstone, dropping down to Bank Newton, following the river into Gargrave for a well deserved cup of tea in the traditional Dalesman cafe (BD23 3LX). Return journey is via Bank Newton, East Marton and "Thornton drag". Finishing at Earby where there is another cafe. BB18 6UL
