From Blackpill we follow NCR4 to Grovesend. We then cycle along the road via Pontlliw, Bryn Bach common and Felindre to join the cycle path along the A48, where we head to Penllergaer for refreshments. We return to Blackpill via cycle paths through Gorseinon and NCR4.

A lovely route with a mixture of cycle paths and quiet roads taking in the views of north Swansea and hills beyond, and returning via Penllergaer Valley Woods for coffee. Note there are hills involved!

Approximately 70% of the route will be on traffic free paths, and the remainder of the route on quiet rural roads.

We will be stopping at Penllergaer Valley Woods for refreshments.

Although not a legal requirement, riders are strongly advised to wear a helmet. Please ensure that your bike is in good working order, and carry a pump and spare inner tube, or cannister for tubeless tyres. Make sure that you have water and any other refreshments/snacks you require before we stop for coffee, and have a card/cash for refreshments (if required) at Penllergaer. As this is Britain, and we can't guarantee the weather, a light waterproof layer is always useful to carry.

We are a sociable group that enjoy a chat and a laugh, and nobody is ever left behind.
