Breeze to Delapre - girls on film!

In and out of Upton Country Park, along the canal into Northampton town, around the grounds of Delapre Abbey and back along the river to our starting point. Almost 10 miles with a coffee at the end.

Some of this ride will be filmed by David Watson from British Cycling as part of a promotional video to raise awareness of the fabulous Breeze rides in W. Northamptonshire. There will be consent forms and you absolutely won't be filmed if you don't want to be.

Chatty-paced ride in and out of Upton Country Park, along the canal to Delapre Abbey and back along the river.

Mostly on bike paths, mostly traffic-free, mostly flat.

We stop for photos, to say hi to cute dogs and to catch our breath.

Please wear a helmet and suitable clothes for the weather. Please bring a drink and an inner tube that fits your tyres. Also cash/card for refreshments - and a bike lock - if you'd like to stay for coffee at the end - we hope you will :)
