We start at the bottom of the Clyne Valley cycle path at Blackpill, and ride up the Valley towards Gowerton. We will have pick ups at the Railway Inn, Dunvant Square and Gowerton.
From Gowerton we cycle to Loughor along the Marsh Rd. We join the cycle path for a short stretch before cycling to North Dock via Bynea. At North Dock we join NCR4 and cycle to Daisy's. We deviate slightly for our return journey, and follow the coast more closely, until we reach Loughor, where we will retrace our route back to Blackpill.

A long, relatively flat ride to Pembrey for refreshments at Daisy's, using a mix of bike paths and roads, and following the coast around the Burry Estuary/Carmarthen Bay.

Approximately 80% of the route is on traffic free paths, the remainder of the route is on unclassified and B roads.

We will stop for refreshments at Daisy's, and as necessary along the route.

Riders are advised to make sure their bikes are in good working order with your tyres pumped. Please carry a spare inner tube, tyre levers and pump in case of emergency. Please wear weather appropriate clothing, carry any refreshments you require along the route, and have money for refreshments you require at Daisy's

We are a friendly group that welcomes newcomers. We ride as a group, and nobody gets left behind.
