A gentle 8 mile ride, leaving Bingham along A52 cycle path then keeping north of the A52 around the local villages taking in a visit to Clock Tea Rooms, and possibly Aslockton Park. This is a flat ride, there are no hills!

This is a ride aimed at Mum's, Grandma's, Aunties whoever AND their Children. You will be responsible for your child throughout the ride. I will be bringing my 6 and 8 year old on this ride. My Assistant has a 6 and 9 year old.
This is an 8 mile ride, and we will avg 5-7mph.
We will be using cycle paths out of Bingham, then quiet country roads to Scarrington and the other villages. Everyone will be riding on the roads, with cars passing, so children need to be confident and in control on the road. Sorry no under 5's, balance bikes or stabilisers, but little ones can come on a bike seat!!!
Please ensure bikes are road worthy and have a puncture repair kit. Everyone needs to wear a helmet and ideally bright clothing. If its hot please apply sun cream. Please also bring a drink and some snacks to eat and some money for the Tea Room.
Please remember, when signing up for the ride, you also need to sign up for your child too, as they need to be counted in the numbers, this includes children in bike seats.
