A not unhilly, in fact quite a bit hilly(!) ride, over the Chislehurst Alps with a coffee stop at Resta.
Meet in front of Beckenham Place Mansion in Beckenham Place Park.
Mostly quiet roads, through parks and a couple of tricky junctions.
Some unpaved sections in the parks and possibly soft going in a couple of places.
