About the route
Starting at Hayley Park (free parking, no toilet facilities), following the Taff Trail along the river to Tongwynlais, where we pick up the old railway track all the way to Caerphilly. Mostly off road, with cycle lanes and paths when on the short stretch of main road. A gently climbing ride going out, rolling downhill all the way home.
