About the route
We ride along quiet back roads from the car park at Dobwalls, with a gentle ascent up to the historic Jamaica Inn on Bodmin Moor where we stop for refreshments. The return route is over exposed moorland with great views of Colliford Lake. It's mostly downhill in the way back and we may warm up with a cuppa in the friendly Highwayman when we arrive back there.
Please bring an inner tube for your bike, some money for refreshments and bear in mind the temperatures on the moorland can be lower, so please dress appropriately.
