Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

A fairly easy route with some off-road sections but not too many up and downs. We'll ride from Wellington Sports club on some off road tracks to Moulsham Green, then partly on and off road on to ride along the disused runways at Blackbushe Airport, where we will have a coffee break at the Pathfinder Cafe. Suitably refreshed, we will then return via Yateley, Darby Green and Sandhurst, with a bit of uphill section through Owlsmoor - then cross the by-pass to return to Crowthorne via Broadmoor.

Some off-road sections are a bit gravelly and bumpy, so not suitable for road bikes with very skinny tyres. The route is not too hilly and we won't go to fast, so everyone welcome - whether you haven't ridden for a while or you just fancy a short ride.

You must please wear a cycle helmet and bring with you: bottle of water, card or cash for payment at the cafe, a spare inner tube for your bike and a bike lock if you have one. Please check your bike before coming on the ride: Air in your tyres, both brakes working and chain oiled.
