Breeze to Belinda's coffee morning

Breeze regular Belinda is fundraising for The Princes Trust, so that she can ride Lands End to John O'Groats in 2017! Let's support her by riding to her coffee morning in Steyning. After dropping down to the seafront from Porteur cafe in Hove and following the cycle paths and quiet roads along the coast to Shoreham, we will go past Shoreham airport and then join the delightful country lanes up to Steyning. Once there, we'll stop for refreshments At Belonda's coffee morning before returning home again. Whilst the seafront roads are flat, our route inland to Steyning is quite hilly - this is not a beginner's ride and you should be able to use your gears competently to get you up and down hills safely. Breeze rides always ride at the pacest of the slowest, so we won't leave anyone behind, and we'll wait at the top of hills for those still developing their fitness. Please bring layers especially for fingers and toes (it's cold out there), waterproofs (weather can change unexpectedly and it could be foggy around Steyning) and lights (for the fog) as well spare inner tube (easier to change then fixing a puncture by the roadside). Please check your bike over before heading out: Are the tyres fully inflated? Do both brakes work? Is the chain clean and oiled? Bring money for Belinda's coffee, cakes, and fundraising!
