Breeze - Thursday therapy

Come and join us for a leisurely ride through some of the quieter roads and greener areas of Southampton. We will be heading towards the city centre, finding the quieter roads and cycle paths before returning to the school to finish. We will be travelling together at all times and will be stopping for coffee (and poss cake) on the way. Please make sure you wear clothing appropriate to the weather conditions - High Vis if possible - and lights for the journey. Also remember your money for the coffee stop and a lock would be useful if we end up sitting inside. Could I also ask you to carefully check your contact details, particularly your mobile number, just in case i need to change details before the ride takes place.
