Join me for the fourth in a series of 7 Friday morning Breeze Through Winter rides which will take us out through the villages and countryside between Rugby, Coventry and Leamington Spa. Each week starting from a different place and taking a variety of routes of between 15 and 25 miles every time.
We will aim to ride at an average of 12-13 mph but no one will get left behind. We shall stop for a coffee at the end of the ride so please bring some money and a lock (if cycling to start) as well as your helmet, spare inner tube etc.
