Keep those legs moving and the wheels turning for themselves evening Tuesday rides throughout Autumn and Winter. We will decide on the day but these rides will use known routes towards Yelverton, Shaugh Prior, Captain Jasper's and Royal William Yard depending on the weather conditions. We are a friendly group and this ride is more about the chat and keeping moving through winter than about covering miles at speed. In the darker months we aim to have the ride finished in under 2.5 hours however as you can appreciate sometimes there are mechanicals that may add a bit of time.
There will be a mixture of traffic free cycle paths, quiet roads and on road cycle lanes depending on the closen route.
We will stop at the halfway point for a warm drink and snack so please bring some money with you.
You need to wear a helmet and ensure your bike is in good working order. Fully charged working lights are a must and tools and inner tubes need to be carried. Bring a light waterproof and extra layer depending on the weather. A sense of humour and adventure is a must.
