About the route
This is a wonderful rural ride, combining some off road tracks and country lanes. Starting in Finchampstead at the Family Baptist Church in Gorse Ride North, the ride takes you out to the Wellingtonia Ridges and down to Horse Shoe lake using off road tracks. Then it's country lanes for much of the ride.
Not a long ride, (approximately 15miles) but hope to set a fair pace and need to be confident in the use of gears for the off road cycling. Should be fun:)
Plan to stop for coffee at the Chequers Pub in Eversley.
