Let's Breeze through Easter and join me for an eggsellent ride through the Gloucestershire countryside, with like-minded ladies, good social chatter, beautiful views and fun fitness and eggsercise ;)

This route is mostly quiet scenic country lanes but there are a couple of busier roads at the beginning and end of this ride, though short sections. The route is gently rolling, with 442ft of climbing over the whole ride, no incline of any great challenge and the leafy scenery will detract from any climb.

My route will take us out of Tewkesbury and over the Mythe Bridge before turning right into Bushley. Then onto Corse Lawn via Forthampton before heading left through Tirley and back towards Tewkesbury along the A38.

There is the option to extend this route by a further 5 miles on the day if all the group decide to.

It is one of my favourite routes and this ride a little more challenging than the launch ride, but still very much a lovely group cycle for everyone to ride together and enjoy time outside on bikes.

Pace will be to suit the slowest and everyone rides together as a group. Nobody gets left behind and nobody rides off the front. I want to encourage all ladies to come along and get on their bikes but as a general guide, looking at a lower end average of 10mph which is very doable.

You don't have to be a regular cyclist to join this ride, though this is a ride open to all levels, anyone looking to get back on a bike and get active is welcome. Experience of riding on the road is necessary.

Helmets compulsory, as is a safe working bike. Please make sure your tyres are in good road-worthy condition and are pumped up. Please bring a spare inner tube.

Wear and bring appropriate clothing for all weathers and bring a drink bottle to carry on your bike.

This will be a lovely social women's ride and we will finish as always with a coffee and 'Easter' cake stop so bring some ££
