About the route
A family friendly ride around tracks and trails of the forest,
Suitable for mountain or hybrid bikes, most tracks are made up but may be muddy depending on weather, some of the ground is stony.
I request all riders to wear helmets - have seen to many injuries come in A & E from coming off when not wearing helmets.
