Breeze the 647 Tuxford to Lincoln

This route follows the Sustrans 647 from Tuxford on quiet lanes for 4 miles before joining the old railway track at Fledborough, which we use to cross the Trent. Following flat and good condition tracks we enter Lincoln at the Brayford Water Front. The purpose of this ride is to visit the ww poppy display at the castle, so we'll park our bikes and walk up the hill, finding one of the many cosy cafes for lunch. We return by the same route. The weather forecast looks good, but please check re clothing. Bring a drink, snack, lock and bike in good working order. This should be a grand day out for both Rotherham regulars and new faces alike-no one will be left behind!
