About the route
BREEZE taster rides Chorley BREEZE champion: Hilary Bell
WHEN: Saturday 4th April 2015
TIME: 11.15hrs and 14.30hrs
MEET: Astley Park gates on Park Road near the Rock FM stage.
DISTANCE: 8miles (all on cycle tracks).
DURATION: Approximately 2 hours - including cafe stop and watching the Chorley Cycle Grand Prix as you ride!!
ROUTE: Astley Park - Chancery Road - Euxton Lane - Wigan Road - Buckshaw Cycleway and return to Astley Park.
*Ride next to to the country's top road race riders while watching the Chorley Cycle Grand Prix as you ride.
*It will be busy in Chorley. If coming by car, park away from the meeting point and cycle to the venue.
*There will be a lot of people out on the day. We need to be aware of other users on the shared cycle/foot path.
*Come and join BREEZE and have fun while being active on your bike with other women.
*Future plans to develop more opportunities to ride with BREEZE working with Chorley Council.
