Our Breeze Sunday Training Ride is one in a series of fortnightly road training rides. The intention is to support participants in gaining confidence, fitness and technique by riding on the road. The ride starts at 08:45 and will last approximately 3hrs with breaks, covering 20-25 miles. This is an intermediate ride with a few hills but we never leave anyone behind!

Please note that Sunday's ride now starts from Oundle. We have a change of ride leader due to injury.

Join us whether you are training for a particular event, whether you want to practise riding in a group or whether you just want a fun cycle with a group of like-minded women!

This is a 35-mile, undulating/hilly route starting from Stamford and moving in a figure of eight before returning to Stamford, providing a steady road training ride.

After leaving the town of Stamford, the ride heads out on quiet country roads with very little traffic, before returning to Stamford.

We will stop to take on water and will also stop for a coffee break at the garden centre in Little Bytham.

Please bring a helmet, water, some snacks (although we will stop for a coffee, so bring some money too!). Gloves are advisable and it's worth wearing layers and bringing a light raincoat.
