The ride will be a steady 23 miles to Aston Golf Club (weather permitting)
PLEASE NOTE THIS RIDE WILL START 15 MINUTES EARLIER THAT USEUAL.
We will meet at the station for 9.40am for a briefing and bike check and will leave promptly by 9.45am.
We will ride from Stevenage Train Station using the cycle tracks and head on to quiet country lanes at a steady pace no one get left behind. We will head out towards Walkern, Ardeley, Dane End, Whempsted and then towards Aston golf Club where we will stop for refreshments. After there will be a short ride back to the station. There are a few hills and we will wait at the top to enable everyone to ride at their own pace. This route is a little different to what we have done before.
Most of our ride will be complete as we stop at the cafe for tea, coffee, cakes, a natter, and a toilet stop.

Please wear a helmet, bring a spare inner tube and money for a drink /food.
