About the route
Starting point
Please meet at the front of Knowle Parish Church. There is parking behind the church but please be aware that there are now charges in this car park
This ride is designed for ladies who want to maintain their fitness throughout the winter months.
The route will take us out from Knowle Parish Church heading out towards Packwood, Hatton, Kenilworth, Burton Green, Balsall Common and back to Knowle. There are a few hilly parts but these will keep us warm.
We will stop just over half way round for a coffee break in Kenilworth so bring some pennies.
The route is all on road and there will be some busy parts so it is essential that you are confident on your bike and you can manage the distance.
We will be averaging a speed of around 10-12 miles per hour as we will need to keep warm.
