Please join us for our regular Monday ride which takes us through the lanes of our local countryside. Our rides are social and relaxed and we are always looking for news people to come along and join in. They always include a coffee and a cake so bring some pennies! Each week we meet up with another group of ladies that start at Billesley Tennis Centre in Kings Thiis week we will make our way to the Arrow Valley Visitor Centre where we will stop for coffee. The ride distance for this week is about 26 miles and is suitable for hybrid or road bikes. Please bring a spare inner tube just in case! Don't worry if you can't mend a puncture because between us all we usually manage it. We aim to offer a variety of level of rides each week. Sometimes rides are shorter 15 mile rides, then we do rides up to 30miles, and then at the end of the month we do a longer ride of around 40 miles. Please do join us at any time for a ride that suits you. If you need any more information then please text me and I'll give you a call. Julie 0796 4044889
