Breeze Solihull - regular Monday Ride

Please join us for our regular Monday ride which takes us through the lanes of our local countryside at a steady pace of around 8-10 mph. We try to choose quieter roads and support one another in the group. This week I'm hoping we can visit the community café at the little village of Rowney Green near Alvechurch. There is a bit of a hill to get to the cafe, but the reward at the top is cake! If you enjoy cycling, have a reasonable level of fitness and want to meet like-minded women then please do join us. We always stop for a coffee and cake or lunch, either in the middle or at the end of the ride, so don't forget some money, plus, just in case of a puncture, please bring a spare inner tube. Wear bright, comfortable, warm clothes and waterproofs. We recommend that you wear a helmet but it's not compulsory. Lights are a very good idea even in the day in case visibility is poor.
