About the route
Starting point
In the car park in Norman Park, off Hayes Lane. If you are cycling over from Beckenham meet outside the cinema in Beckenham at 9.20.
A bit more challenging than the Downe route - starting in the car park at Norman Park, the route takes us up through Keston, then a circuit past the White Bear pub with a coffee stop on the way back. Mostly quiet roads, with one fairly busy section, and some hills - not steep but quite long.
Make sure you dress appropriately for the weather, bring water, maybe a snack, and a spare inner tube.
