Breeze Ride along the Mersey Liverpool to Widnes and back

The route is a mixture of roads, greenway and off road pavements, but it should be suitable for all types of bikes. Please be aware a certain level of confidence of cycling on the road is required. The route goes from Echo Arena, with a second start point at St Micheals Station, where if you wish to start from here you can. Through to Festival Gardens and then on to Otterspool Prom. Along the Prom and then on to the road in Garston. A bit of a boring ride along the road in Speke, but this then gets us on to route 62, we follow this route through the beautiful Hale and then we'll turn on to the off road section, towards Widnes. To get to the Catalyst we'll be going under the famous runcorn bridge.
