Breeze - Rickmansworth - Water Water Everywhere

This ride is aimed at ladies who want to regain some cycling confidence and takes place mainly on cycle paths. An easy paced ride which will go along the canal towpath and then onto cycle paths through Colne Valley Country park, through picturesque Denham Village and back along the towpath to Ricky Aquadrome. Elevenses at Fran's Tea Garden alongside the canal - a step back in time. . Suitable for women and children over 12 years old. Don't forget: Water, helmet (if you wear one), spare inner tube (or puncture repair kit if you don't have one). Rain jacket (just in case!)
