We will head through Urpeth, Lamesley, Lady Park and on to Dunston to join the river along to Scotswood Bridge. Over to the North Side and back along the cycle lanes to the Quayside. Back across to the South then back on the Team cycle tracks to Lamesley, up through Ouston.
A steady ride with one hill near the end.
We will have a cafe stop.
Please remember to check bikes, wear layers to keep warm and bring spare tube etc.
