breeze out of Bury

Ride out of town towards Nowton Park up to Hawstead 4 miles then turn left at the green circle route of approx 7 miles back to Hawstead for comfort break at Maglia Rosso Cafe then back to Bury st Edmunds via Pinford End and Horsecroft Road, Hardwick Lane Barons Road and the cycle path approx another 5 miles.

This ride has some long and quite steep hills if you are not a regular cyclist you are still welcome to join the ride anyone wanting to walk a section or slow down will be waited for. The whole group must be prepared to travel as a unit at a speed to suit all participants. This is not a triathlon or a training ride so if you are an accomplished cyclist please be prepared to ride with any newbies and encourage them to enjoy an inclusive social ride.
