Why not start the new year with a ride out from Kings Heath Park to the canal towpath then onto some country lanes just south of the city?
This is our first ride of the year and is a great chance to start a new fun habit of getting fit and making new friends by joining our Breeze rides which take place every Friday and Saturday morning.

This is one of the Cycle through Winter series of rides. Participation can lead to earning some free goodies from British Cycling and they will be planting a tree through partners See.Sense for every individual (participants and Champions) who rides four times with Breeze and/or Guided Rides throughout January and February. As well as that, there will be monthly prizes for volunteers consisting of bike lights and five top prizes of a Level 1 Coaching place.
We hope you will consider taking on the challenge and using the power of the bike to help tackle climate change.

When we get back to the park we can call in the cafe for a drink and a chat.
There will be a couple of hills but we always wait at the top if anyone prefers to walk and we ride at the pace of the slowest.
Please wrap up warm, wear a helmet and gloves and bring a waterproof.
Please make sure your bike is roadworthy with tyres pumped up and you have a spare inner tube.
Bring a face covering and hand sanitizer, a drink and a small snack, money if you plan to go to the cafe.
Message me if you have any questions.
