Breeze Ladies Riding in Newham

This is a beginner level ride for ladies who have basic cycle skills but would like to further develop in a social and group environment. The ride will cover local areas in Newham with options of visiting adjacent boroughs depending on group confidence and experience. Please ensure you have a fully functioning bike which has recently been serviced or checked. Make sure tyres are fully pressured to recommended level. Should you arrive by car, off street parking outside is for 2 hours and longer on Grantham Avenue and Lawrence Road next to Little Ilford Park, short walk to centre. A little bottle of water and small snack doesn't hurt!
