Starting from - Meeting at 1430, Viewtube Common cafe, The Greenway, Marshgate Lane, London E15 2PJ. Nearest station is Pudding Mill Lane DLR, about 500m walk. Come out of the station, cross over and turn left on pedestrian footpath opposite leading to a slope which takes you to the Greenway. Viewtube studios are on the right. Bike shop, cafe and toilet facilities are at the end. See you there.

Please wear appropriate clothing (ankle tight trousers / tops without dangling bits). Carry as few items as possible as valuable cannot be stored anywhere. A small rucksack with 2 shoulder straps is best or a waist bag. This is better for balance and leaves both hands free to operate the handlebar functions. Over shoulder handbags are tricky and generally not easy to cycle.
A snack and a small bottle of water doesn't hurt.
