I will be doing the odd Sunday ride. These will be slightly longer rides, with less stops, but still at a steady pace suitable for all who are able to complete the distance.

We will be riding on mostly country lanes with a few busier roads to negotiate/cross, but we stay together as a group and look after each other.

As these are longer rides there will be a coffee stop planned in about 3/4 of the way round, so please remember to bring a small amount of money for refreshments.

Please dress appropriately for the weather conditions. Helmets are compulsory on all of our rides. Gloves and eye protection are recommended. Please bring a spare inner tube that fits your bike, along with tyre levers and a pump. Don't worry if you can't fix a puncture, we will all help out.
