This is a coaching session and not a led ride.

Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

This session would be great if you've never Mountain Biked or have done some off-road riding and want to master the basics.
It will help to build your confidence & show you some key skills to make your time on the trails more fun.

A limited number Free hard tail MTBs are available for the Festiva, together with discounted E and full sus MTBs, kindly supplied by Beics Brenin especially to support Breeze. These hire bikes need to be booked ahead of time - please email [email protected] if you would like to book one.

WHAT TO BRING:
- A bike that is in good working order. Either a mountain bike, a hybrid with mountain bike tyres or a gravel bike with suitable tyres

- A helmet is compulsory for this session

- Suitable clothes. Something that you will feel comfortable in - but no baggy trousers or clothes that could get caught or snagged. Eg. tracksuit bottoms would work well, layers are good. Consider the weather (a waterproof coat is a good idea).

- A drink and any snacks, especailly if you are joining one of the rides afterwards

- Any necessary medication (Epi pens, asthma inhalers etc)

- Money for the cafe
