About the route
From Lee Valley White Water Centre, meet near building entrance.
-The route is completely off road and in parts may be flooded/slippery and with potholes so a bike with road type tyres may not be suitable May be muddy so perhaps bring along a spare change of socks and trousers.
-there is one, very steep descend so brakes must be in working order;
-parts of the route are shared with pedestrians/dog walkers, etc.
-the route overall is brilliant and enjoyable! :-).
