We can ride the green easy Ellerburn cycle route which is fairly flat to gain confidence riding the mountain bikes. If there is time at the end we can try the skills circuit.
What to wear? Anything comfy, with a waterproof, just in case!

If you have your own mountain bike please bring a helmet or hire one from Dalby Forest Cycle Hub.Please bring a spare inner tube.

If you need to arrange bike hire our session will be 1.5hrs. There is a 50% discount on bike hire for Breeze participants please ring and check.

Included in the cost of your hire is: a helmet; pump; bottle cage and saddle bag containing a puncture repair kit, multi-tool and spare inner tube.
