Breeze into March

We ride out of Bowden over the canal before crossing the A6 (together) and cycling past the old airfield. After crossing the canal again by Foxton locks, we'll turn left and cycle along the lovely lane that takes us to Mosley. Here we'll turn right and cycle through Laughton before riding to Gumley across what has to be one of the most beautiful roads in Leicestershire. From Gumley, we make our way back to the canal and Great Bowden.

We ride on country lanes with little traffic

We'll stop for breathers along the way and there's the opportunity to enjoy a drink together at the end of the ride.

You must wear a helmet on this ride. It's also a good idea to bring a water bottle and a spare inner tube just in case!

We ride at a gentle pace, chatting as we ride and we never leave anyone to struggle on their own
