We will be on mixture of traffic and traffic free roads,There are some hills thrown in, but don't worry we will all go at our own comfortable pace, if you need to get off and push, that's OK.we will always wait for each other
Return to start point maybe slight variation

We will be heading over to Kilmarnock using cycle paths, country roads and some main roads
There will be time to catch breath and chat over morning roll,coffee and cakes

Helmets are respectively requested to be worn during ride Please bring some cash/cards for Coffee stop Please dress for weather, and forecast

We especially welcome newbies!

There will be a cafe stop in Kilmarnock, please bring cash and a lock if you have one
