About the route
Join us for another short but challenging spin! This week, we might tackle part of the Craig Cefn Park climb as far as Rhydypandy Road. It's a toughie but a nice descent the other side through pretty scenery. Cycle path to Clydach for a chat and warm up to start with before heading up the slightly relentless drag of Lone Road, then a quick descent before swooping up onto the hill.
