Breeze Graceful Green Short but Hilly Ride

This ride is a Graceful Greens - a little faster, now that you are feeling more confident, these rides will be at a steady pace average 9 –11mph. This will be a friendly ride, which may be a good one for ladies looking to go a bit further and a bit higher.

After introductions and checks, we will ride from The Angel Car Park to Bigby, through the village and up to appreciate the views. There are no prizes for speed or grace uphill, and no need to worry about holding anyone up - this is a Breeze ride, and no one will be left behind.

We'll head down to Melton Ross, and along Middlegate Lane to Elsham. Hopefully we'll be able to go to the Hunter's Lodge Fisheries for a snack (tbc), before heading back to Brigg via Wrawby.

As with all our rides, I strongly recommend you bring the appropriate inner tubes for your bike, with the tools necessary to change them. This seems to be the best talisman to ensure you won't need them! You will also need to bring a drink (and snacks) for the ride, and money for the cafe.

Please be ready 15 minutes before the ride start time to allow for introductions and essential safety checks. If you have any specific medical requirements which may be relevant to the ride, please ensure the ride leader is aware of them at the start of the ride – feel free to have a quiet word.
