Flat rides around Beacon Park. NCN Route 54 through car park then beside Stowe Pool and the allotments. One hill on cycle path towards Trent Valley station. Returning by the same route

Gentle rides for ladies who wish to improve their cycling confidence with short rides

We will start riding around the park then out onto National Cycle Network Route 54 which is mostly traffic free but does go through a car park and cross some roads

Riding to Netherstowe then depending on the riders we will either cycle up to the new Imperial Retail park for Coffee (and cake?) at Costa or return to Beacon Park for coffee in Lakeside Bistro

Please wear a helmet and bring a spare inner tube and money for coffee
